If you have placed your order On-line, you will receive an automated confirmation response from the 'orders server' within a few seconds of hitting the submit button. Receipt of an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we can accept your order or will be able to supply your order.
We try our best to maintain the sites prices, details and availability at all times but this cannot be guaranteed. If there is any problem with your order we will try to contact you. If this is the case and the goods have not been dispatched, you can of course cancel your order and we will refund any money you have been charged. You will need to pay a delivery charge on all orders, if your delivery address is outside Mainland UK this amount will always be subject to confirmation.

You can return any item you order, so long as it is returned in its original condition to the address supplied on the delivery note (received with your order) within 14 days of the date of order. We will refund you the cost of the product. You must pay for the return postage of the goods. You will be responsible for return costs unless the item(s) are faulty. In this case contact us and we will advise you of the best method of return. You are responsible for any returned item(s) until they reach us.
